Dreams

If I can only have you in my dreams, then why is it called a dream? Dreams are for little kids who have their whole life before them. So why do i have dreams of you? My dream is mockery of what can never be and therefore I must call it a nightmare. Its a tease of reality and, well, kids have dreams for they are unable to distinguish between reality and fantasy. But I have dreams in hope of what may become in my life. They give me a reason to wake up, which is the worst part. But when I return to reality and I finally get you, I can have you forever and not just for 8 hours a night. So, in truth, the label, dream, makes sense and is not fantasy so I thank you for being my Dream Girl.
