A smile... the most universal sing of body language. It means happiness. The best thing is how it's completely voluntary. You can choose if you wish to smile. The smile can be used as a healing or a expression of ultimate joy in the most suttle of actions. My momma always said, "Never let them see you sweat." She used them as people who are against you. If they were for you she would've said us or we. The meaning of this saying is to let it roll of your back. When they see you smile, they lose. When you play in a game, you do not want to see your opponent happy do you? No, you want them in the most pain possible. More importantly you want people to feel your presence. When you smile you let the other team know they didn't affect your rhythm and in the end they try so hard that they become your team. A smile... can unify all.
