Starting Over
First I would like to apologize for my absence, lol. But like always lets not bullshit but get straight to the point. The human body is not built to withstand change and remain the same. After a workout your muscles become sore so in the future things as rigorous as the workout do not hurt you again. Keyword, hurt. Your building up to something with your workoutand then you reach your goal. Whats next? the answer is... to start over. It's hard because your body and mind do not want to go through "it" again. Your past becomes a lingering memory whose goal is to hold you back from your goal. There is a reason why life goes on after you reach your goal... the reason is too use your goal to your advantage. To make things better. Your stronger, faster and smarter. You see starting over isnt all bad, the good things happen again and the bad won't.
